What are BBB Seed’s return policies?

We understand that sometimes life throws you for a loop and you might not be able to plant your newly purchased seeds at the planned time.  Rest assured that these seeds will remain viable for many years if stored in a cool, dry, dark place.

If for some reason your package was damaged during shipping and not usable, please give us a call or an email so we can get more information and arrange the best method for returning it to us.

If you need to return your product within 30 days of your purchase, please email us to begin your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
