Yellow Crookneck Squash
Classic summer squash that will produce all season long. Bright yellow with a narrow curved neck that is tender and flavorful. Germination temperature: 70-80 deg.
Fiesta Cayenne Pepper Blend (substituted for Mini Bell Peppers Blend)
A fun blend of red, yellow, purple, green and orange organic, heirloom, cayenne pepper varieties. They have a small, 3-5 inch, tapered fruit on 18-20 inch tall plants. Very pungent and tasty, these peppers are also very decorative for your edible landscape and a good choice for short-season gardens.
Known for the zesty hot flavor widely used in many dishes. Blunt thick-walled fruits grow about 3 inches long. They have a deep green color that matures to deep red. Germination temperature 75 degrees in 15-20 days. Vigorous growers.
A popular and easy to grow annual herb that is used in many dishes around the world. Eat the leaves fresh and the seeds are known as the herb coriander and are warmly aromatic and richly flavored. Germination temperature: 80-85 deg. in 15-18 days.
Tokyo Bunching Onion
This sweet, mild bunching variety has long single stems. Use for salads and salsas. Germination temperature: 70 deg. in 10-15 days.
Pink Brandywine Tomato
This is an heirloom beefsteak variety with large pinkish-red tomatoes, a wonderfully rich taste and a bit sweeter and larger than the Red Brandywine. Indeterminate, potato-leafed plants produce huge tomatoes often weighing between 1-2 pounds. These remain one of the best tasting tomatoes available. Germination temperature: 75-95 deg. in 5-7 days.
